Bunkie, thanks for the offer of a trade, but due to financial shortcomings (We are broke like paupers this fall ) There is no way I can afford it.. Now if I come into a bit of cash you might hear from me!

By the way- those are some huge beans too! are they just cooked in that jar or are they pickled?

Thanks for letting me know that I responded well on the "politics of food, not" thread. I get tired of all the close-minded babble sometimes, I like to give them a reality check occasionally (no matter which side you are on).

Tell Tweed thanks, and glad to finally be befriended by bunkie, thats a cool picture you have, like to look at snow but can only tolorate so much cold weather, part of my job with the county is to plow snow in the winter, kinda takes the fun out of watching it snow, when you know you'll be getting a call pretty soon to go out for hours on end to plow it off. Maybe I'll start enjoying snow when I retire (10 years hopefully)

thanks for the reply, I say that i will try it, but i guess i wont know until it appears. hopefully it won't..... good luck on your friends list, I tried to add you on my end, but it won't let me do it here either. Still says friend request. Oh well I guess it's better to know you have friends, than to think you have friends.....

    Hi,
I e-mailed you yesterday about the booklet A Pocketbook of Change, and was just checking for a reply. Can you please e-mail me , mfaith2@verycoolstuff.com
and let me know if your mother's book is the one I am looking for? I would really appreciate it. I am sorry to hear of her passing.

    Best Regards,
    Madeline

    Hi Bunkie,
I have been looking for a copy of a booklet called "a Pocketbook of Change" for many years. I gave away the copy I had and have tried to replace it ever since. It is the most wonderful presentation of the power of belief and choice that I have ever found. Every so often I google the title and get a library of congress number. Today a post of yours on this web site also came up. You wrote that you mother had written a booklet with this title. Was your mother Eve Weir or a different spelling of Weir?
I would really love to get a few copies of this book. Please let me know if this is the same book and author and if you know how I can get some copies. Thanks very much. Happy New Year!
    Madeline
