Many of our customers know the value of this variety and for a large Pea will have no other. It is a heavy cropper many pod being 5 to 6 inches long with 9 to 12 extra large dark green Peas of most excellent flavor. A wrinkled second-early sort. The 16 to 18 inch vines are exceedingly productive and require no support pods mature a little later than Notts Excelsior but foliage is lighter green. The pods are 3 to 3 inches long and very broad straight light green and well filled to the end.
