Wal mart! Next to the regular garlic cloves, the bulb is individually wrapped in a purple netting usually, each bulb containing about 4-6 MASSIVE cloves.

I bought both elephant garlic from walmart and planted cloves and corms i got from Romy and both did great the cloves that i bought seperated and planted made larger heads then the corms did .. walmart was the cheepest way i only planted 2 heads but i have 80 corms and lots of cloves to replant i am going to buy more cloves as they come in try it it works
