A $10,000 fine for a misdemeanor violation seems pretty extreme actually. If he knew he was violating the law, I don't imagine he would have put it on a TV show. Sounds pretty fair to me.

most interesting and informative links i've read this year.

the little girl pic, i first saw as a child in a hobby shop in a little town in appalachia shortly after it was taken. circulated quickly as i had to have seen that a year or 2 after it was snapped. the debunking doesn't ease the suffering, but was quite interesting......again.
