What are the best places to order flower seeds. I already have the catalogue from Select Seeds, oh my, oh my, 5 kinds of heirloom violets, 5 or 6 kinds of heliotrope. T & M is kind of pricey, and local outlets have a very limited selection. Unless it is a rose or fruit tree, I would rather not pay shipping charges for plants.

Baker Creek and Seed Savers Exchange have a very good selection of heirloom flower seeds. I had good experience with both.
Baker Creek is on this page. SSE: http://www.seedsavers.org/Content.as...=buyonline.htm

check out the sunrise seed site some slightly unusual selections there and I think quite reasonable.

Summer Hill Seeds:
http://summerhillseeds.com/ Ordered from them for years. Robin is a very special person, and she's very knowledgeable. I've never had a problem with germination with anything I ordered from her, and she has an outstanding selection including many cool vines and flowers for the south.
