Down at the International section of Disney walking among some Italian exchange students ,sketching on the pavement.

She looks up and says " he was Crazy"--boy did I give her some Extra Fortissimo--chuckle.

Recipe tomorrow-- buttermilk cornbread.

Two teaspoons bacon drippings (Coat inside of Skillet)
1 large egg
2 cups buttermilk
1 3/4 cups cornmeal
1 teaspoon baking powder
1teaspoon baking soda
1teaspoon salt.

stir egg and buttermilk,stir in baking powder ,soda and salt--pour batter into hot pre-greased skillet.

Bake at 450F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Serves --6.

Don't you love to watch and smell real butter oozing on hot cornbread.
Then take a piece of the leftover corn bread and crumble it in a cold glass of milk. yum

Bread N Milk hard to beat.
My Uncle used to put it in buttermilk--but I like "sweet" milk.
