TILLED
Always a great day. I have a few things started elsewhere, but I tilled the main garden today. Worked in a bunch of nice fresh clover that was growing there over winter. I think I picked a good day - the soil was just the right moisture content to come out fluffy and crumbly. |

Try a few 2 half-second shots with the choke closed, then 2 more with open, and then a few with the choke and the throttle open. Remove the sediment bowl on the bottom of the carb (will probably contain a few tsp of gas - usually held one with a single bolt up through the middle) and clean out any gunk. Reinstall and I bet you're ready to cut grass. |

6 loads now and counting. Yucky job in the heavy winds. I had my field disced today and starting laying out the beds.

Hauled a huge load of horse manure from the barn, about 1/2 ton. Aching back.
I have to unload it in the am. Ugh. Only about 5-6 more to go, then I just start all over. Endless supply. |

My Yard Is Too Small!

Transplanted 15 pepper plants from peat pellets into 3.5" peat pots. Giving away remaining pepper seedlings to coworkers.

Hauled horse manure to new big tomato bed. Cast my eyes on the emerging pea seedlings!!! Looked with dread at my peppers and eggplants under lightsthat are in desperate need of potting up! The tomatoes are a whole 'nuther story. I WILL NEVER START THEM IN FEBRUARY EVER AGAIN (I promise
). However, the dwarfs look marvelous!

I started my Dragon Tongue and Purple Bush beans today....they are on the heat mats in the basement....my Provider beans have already emerged, so they are under the T5 lights.....got my little system going
...once the dragon tongues emerge, next to go on the heat mats are the yellow and green french filets...then I will be done with the bush beans, and onto the pole beans.......

Didn't do anything in my garden but did go to my favorite greenhouse and picked up a couple flowers and a little pack of rainbow sweet peppers. Hope to get them out tomorrow.

Snapper self propelled. Did use carb cleaner. I am taking it to Sears, it is still under warranty. Thanks everyone for your help.
