Welcome to our forums! This online gardening community is different, political, and organic. I decided to start these forums so gardeners would have a free place to discuss heirloom gardening, gene-altered food, seed saving, natural politics and products. We are dedicated to saving our food and horticultural heritage, and hope you enjoy this forum for the free-thinking gardener! Wishing you great gardening, Jere Gettle |

Time for a deep breath for all in this dialogue. then please re-engage in discussion with a focus on the selected topic , instead of what opinions you may have about one another. With that said ,you each seem to present interesting viewpoints....keep nurturing that nature.

That's why I moved way out here in BFE. I uses to live in the city, but I left! Some yahoo opened the gate to our chain link fence and let our little pup out. I drove all over town looking for her. I stopped by the dog pound and inquired about her. In fact, the truck was pulling up as I was looking. I asked the dog catcher about her and he rudely answered me. She was in his truck. He wrote me a ticket and told me that he captured her in my yard because that's where she ran to when he was chasing her. I was pretty upset, but kept my cool. That ticket cost me a little over 300 bucks. The original ticket was almost a grand, but I was able to negotiate it down. I loaded up the truck and moved away from Beverly Hills!
