Welcome to our forums! This online gardening community is different, political, and organic. I decided to start these forums so gardeners would have a free place to discuss heirloom gardening, gene-altered food, seed saving, natural politics and products. We are dedicated to saving our food and horticultural heritage, and hope you enjoy this forum for the free-thinking gardener! Wishing you great gardening, Jere Gettle |

I know some of you are familiar with this name. He is a syndicated columnist that writes on the topic of economics and politics. He is, in fact, a Friedman Senior Fellow on Public Policy at the Hoover Institution from Stanford University.
Very few people understand economics. He has written a book that will enlighten you about economics and how it impacts our lives. Trust me, many people really have no clue. It is an easy read, and I highly suggest getting a copy from your local library. The title of the book is "Applied Economics". It is really informative.
