Its a feel good program that costs tons of money but produces very little results...

What exactly is your goal here? to make the problem worse, empower violence and cost hordes of cash during a period we need major spending cuts?

Since the problem Is worse because of how its fought, it basically boils down to a massive expenditure for no other reason then to make a moral point.... Rather bizarre really... Youve got no other leg to stand on here. but whatever. Keep ignoring reality all you like. After we are unable to fight it anymore because of a lack of funds, perhaps you will look back and wish you didnt support useless wastes of money to pretend you made a difference. the drug cartels thank you. I wonder if they have killed as many cops over the years as the terrorists did on 911?
