Anyone ever read Heinlein's To Sail Beyond the Sunset? It's the most unique Sci Fi book I think i have ever read. It chronicles the life of a character that lives from 1882 to far in the future and it reads like a autobiography.

I think I might have read that a long time ago. I've been a RAH fan for a long time.

Anybody here read The Star Rover by Jack London? I read it in my teens (only a short while ago ... ahem) and have always remembered it.

Seams to me that I did, about twenty years ago. My response was, "fricken weird!" if I remember correctly. As I recall, it focused on some, shall we say, odd social mores. Yeah, odd would definitely be the word I'd use.

Yeap! 100% agreed lol, the subject matter is definitely slightly off-putting but the narrative is good. It also provides some answers to the end of The Cat That Walks Through Walls.
