Bt as used on fruits as a topical spray or powder is not systemic and there are no Bt fruit crops grown. I am talking things like Imidacloprid and Thiamethoxam that are dangerous and cannot be washed...

You certainly cannot wash soft fruits like strawberries and blackberries and many pesticides are systemic and cannot be washed away.
