I used certified Organic as there are no numbers on what you call "Practical Organic" Farms, which would include my farm. And there are differences beyond switching out inputs with certified organic...

and property taxes are way up, at least in Ohio. Some farms are paying 300% more this year than in past years. Not a good recipe to keep farmers on the land
