Rotties and Dobbies seem to be more vulnerable to parvo than boxers. Also the first onset was last saturday. If he hadn't have gotten dehydrated and skinny he might have fought it off on his own....

Chia seed jams

Blueberry Jam

1 cup of blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 T chia seeds
1T warm water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 T honey

It's great for marinating meat before a bbque. Especially if it is going to be away from home. The vacuum helps the marinate penetrate better.

Buckeye, he has had one round of shots. He is eligible for the second round at the end of this week. The two doses of antibiotic are supposed to clean up his coccide but he has yet to poop on a walk...
