Not true. There's a difference between manipulating as the GMOs are by mingling/injecting of different specie's DNA, and hand polinating or grafting and such.

Yup, the organic groups are taking action on their own, many thru informing the citizens of the problem, to encouraging individuals to partake in planting more food for the Monarchs.
