Thanks Bird! I know with some work I could feel better about myself, but it is so hard to get motivated when the weather is so cold and I am working so many hours/days (just came off eight 10-12 hour days in a row) and I HATE HATE HATE exercise (the sit-up kind, not gardening;). Maybe I'll get a bicycle this spring, I used to love that, and that's why I looked like I did at 29.

It came from a "Kilt Shop", where they rent kilts, a lot like we rent tuxes. They were getting ready to hold a clearance sale of older "ex-hire" kilts while we were there. The clerk left us buy it at the sale price even though we were a month early, because we would have missed it otherwise. The pattern is what they call the "colors of Solway (sp.?), and it's not an official Clan Tartan. They do this so anyone can wear it. I'm glad it's not, now I don't need to worry about someone asking me if I'm from Clan Wallace!

I'm a MacGregor and a McPhee, both of my grandmothers were Scottish. The McPhees were a broken clan. I joined the effort to reinstate the clan. It was successful.

Since you are relatively new here, you probably don't realize that, on this forum, the term "hottie" has been decreed to be only applicable to Cliff, after HIS appearance at the BC show a few months ago. By the way, MY eyes started going bad when I was 39, too.

Nope, Brian. Puncheon Camp Creek (a losing stream which runs into my property). It runs into Dry Creek, which hits Bryant just belowownstream from the U crossing.

When we go to swim/wade in Bryant, I often go down near the monastery, but not at the crossing, where lots of folks go. I go a bit downstream.

I received a photo forward showing what Scots wear under kilts. Therre were several candid shots. There was one shot of Queen Elizabeth sitting with her Scots guard on a parade ground. A kilted soldier sitting right next to the queen had his legs spread open. What he was wearing (NOT) under his kilt was quite exposed! There was a photo of one of Prince Charles' sons, as a youngster, lifting the edge and peeking up under his father's kilt. The look on the boy's face was priceless, he seemed quite surprised at what he saw under that kilt. Another photo showed a piper being exposed by a gust of wind.

In that case, the piper, it was cheeks (photographer was behind the piper--hmmm, almost a pun there). Some of the other photos were much more risque.

Hi !!! I am BrianS wife.. :) and yeah that snake is living with us.. i am not sure if is a boy or girl but seems to be friednly.. i am fraid of those.. i never had one.. Silvana our daughter is like Brian loves snakes and all kind of animals :eek: HEHEHE..

It lives in a large tupperware box so there is no stepping in snake poop ;)

Snakes are really super easy to keep. Give 'em a mouse every week or 2 and a water dish and they will do well. IMO they are easier to keep than glodfish. That snake has beem with me for more than 4 years now. I have even place it in the garge for the Winter and let it hibernate. That saves on the feeding bill ;)

I have 5 snakes total ;)
