Calzone--have to get my Cooking of Italy out--If I can find it, amongs't others., New one on me--However--reminded me of a recipe read in the Waiting Room,---somewhat similar--Oh, The food from Italy!--:)

'Atlas' Pasta Maker--

1.Extremely High Quality--All Stainless, do not wash, just brush it out--
2.The "Gears" are reminicent of Ferrari and Maserati---Precision, the Cutters--all aligned.
3.Retail--basic --$80.00---(Well worth it), my cost , back alley "Walkabout"--$5.00--new , in the box.--Now all I need is some Pasta Dough ---chuckle--:)

Piroghi, in Summer--Halusky in Winter--:)

Fillings for Piroghi:

Cabbage--Salt, oil, and onions--(Chopped fine)

Potato:-(My Favorite--) Boiled, and mashed--Cheese , egg yolk, green onion tops,----and Dill, always Dill.--

Cheese:-Cottage cheese, salt, 1 egg.

Sweet Cheese:--Cottage cheese,1 egg yolk,2 drops Vanilla flavoring,--a twit of salt.

Prune:De-pitted--cooked----Dobro Vide.!--;):)

1.Tomato Bucket--Improved,-:D--over last year.--Cherokee Purple.--Mint on the ground, and Rose of Sharon --will grow --Anywhere!.:)

2."12 Disciples", Lily, count the blooms on each stalk, and mulitiply by Two--

3."My Friend " --is back-(As usual)-Chameleon--eats bugs up, and changes colors, according to background--

Pondered, #3 for years--:

Have photo receptors built in to body,detect light wavelengths, sends a signal to hormones, which change the color---

The only time I've ever had piroghi, they were frozen store bought in Canada,
and I still thought they were delicious!

In The Fall--The Kitchen, 'Opens Up"---Pagachi, Piroghi, and Halusky--!

Fresh dough , two kinds--Takes all morning.

Family had a Fall Festival, last time I spent 12 hrs. making the above--

In Order to Get In (So to Speak)--each Adult had to eat a Cracker with Caviar, and wash it down with 1Oz. of 120 Proof Vodka--
