I tried them once at a war memorial, and they weren't half as bitter as cippolini, which are a hyacint? As they say here: Hunger sweetens raw beans! ;)

I wonder what the nutrient value is in tulip bulbs. Bulbs are self-sufficient, and we know how healthy for us onion and garlic bulbs are!
