Halusky--plain flour.
The mill I mentioned is back in operation now, and am going after some stone ground meal and flour.--

Dobro Vide--Good Eating!--the fresh bread, is always Circe's Call--:)

For now I'll have the börek, cannot stop drooling!
Buckwheat pasta with cabbage is good though.
Northern Italian recipe, so might be similar to the Haluski?

The foliage was less than spectacular. It's been so dry this year, that we are going from sorta green to dried up and brown and not much in between:(

A pretty Lass and Handsome Lad, I know they keep you busy.
I am surprised the foilage at Shiloh , usually about this time of year, it's gorgeous, much hardwoods there in the park- but I have noticed here it's late too--maybe the summer drought--couple more weeks maybe.

Thanks--and Happy B'Day--regards to the kids----Ax.
