i'm ok. just been crazy at home and work has now banned the swagbucks search engine so I don't get as much time. I will get back to it. I'm saving for my own so I don't have to pry daddy off his computer. all is well. thank you for worrying.

You have to wait until April? I suppose that's not all that long a wait; you've been down for a while, so what's a little longer right? Hope it's repairable.

It'll be Spring in full swing when you get out. Time to go sit outdoors in the garden and soak up the Sun and all She has to offer! (use SunBlock and a hat though . I bet the warmer the sunshine gets, the better your knee will feel!! Hiding never helped me any, just made it worse when I did get out in the World. Not letting that Negativity get hold of me any longer.

Em, you are not alone! I sprained my left ankle 3 years ago, then the right the following spring. Then the big fall in the Fall of 2010. Following that, I went to a good shoe store, the kind that fits you properly and recommends footwear not based solely (pi) on looks. I bought some reasonably snazzy looking leather walking shoes (NOT running shoes). My ankles eventually strengthened up and I've had no mishaps since (knock on wood, glass, concrete sidewalks). I even did a 2.5km race this past November, something I never ever dreamt I would be able to participate in. I hope you feel better soon.

Have you tried wrapping it in anything like Comfrey leaves or a slightly bruised cabbage leaf?

Umm well the past week I've wondered if he's on a new med or old path. Either way it's a game I won't play. Seems a handful of people. Though small it has a widely negative effect.
