Glad to hear the house is coming along! We were going to build an underground house, but the price of theconcrete shell alone was in the $100,000 range, so we're remodeling the trailerhouse we already have. DH has talked about building a little cottage for us, but I can't see it happening.
On the up side, we picked up a second trailer a couple-three years back and rent it out for enough to cover the payments AND put aside more than enough to cover any repairs or upgrades. Even been looking for a couple more--we have 3 acres of clear ground here and room for 5-6 if we wanted to crowd them (we don't).

Little guy really loves to flirt--even wiggles his eyebrows!--my daughter and her fiance have so much in the way of family and friends out here that Braxton is already a veteran of corn hole competitions, pep band ralleys, church gatherings, and motorcycle club gatherings. Starting to giggle too!

Oh! I know that squeal when he sees Gran'ma melts your heart and is priceless! Sounds like he's at the stage where you blink your eye and they've learned/done something new. Enjoy

We're still pluggin' away with housebuilding but I do believe the end is in sight. If anyone'd told me it would take this long when we started, well, I'm pretty sure I'd have never started! Good news: when it's done I get to majorly expand the garden which we really need.

Hey there kitty. got you seeds today. thanks I'll give 'em a good home. One suggestion, it's a good idea to put your idig name somewhere with the trade. It was no prob. for me but for members that do a lot of trades it is kind of a hassle to look back through messages(if they are still saved) to unite a persons real name with a user handle.
