I used to make all my breads by hand, but my mom bought a bread maker for dear daughter who decided she didn't want to mess with it, so I figured that I could "make up" kits for her with what I have in the house, but it bakes horrible bread, but it makes great dough and with my hands bothering me so much I have started adapting my recipes for the machine to make the dough and I just take the dough out and shape and bake it. So now DD can't have it back! Plus I bought another unit identical to it for a dollar at a yard sale a few weeks ago so if I wear this one out, I got a spare! So I might just start a thread with my adjusted recipes just for the machines.

I didn't even think twice bout it.....Not feeling particularly defensive lately.
things are good here with my family....and my back is healing slowly....hard for some one so impatient and busy as me!!
