hello edlinUser for perennial vegetables you said to cut green onions and save the bulb and plant . I didnt know you could eat the green part . I always gave it to the pigs and ate the bulb. but you can plant the bulb and it will grow more. I just started eating and growing vegetables so I hope that is what I understood.I have always been just a meat eater but now that I am older my taste buds has changed.I love cabbage and bellpeppers and I started eating salads with green onion carrots, lettus, tomatoes, cucumbers. when I make a salad now I put green onions in it do I cut up the green part too and put it in the salad also?

Aloha from Hawaii, Edlin. Nice to meet you.
    My name is Iris (grovespirit).

A gardening friend named Terri (roflol) sent me here to IDMG and told me great things about you.
She says you are a grower of Solanum berries.

Because my climate is too warm for most blueberries, raspberries, etc. to be happy I am interested in growing solanum berries here instead. But due to disability, I don't have the cash to buy seeds.
Could I possibly do a seed trade with you for some seeds of your:
    Chichiquelite
    Litchi Tomato
    Giant Cape Gooseberry
    Naranjilla
and, if you have any seeds to spare, Pepino.

I have a seed trade list on Gardenweb. Here's the link:
